Golfer Insight is a third party service that helps you see your club from your members point of view. It’s a proactive approach where members are encouraged to provide input on club performance, club related issues, and overall satisfaction. The knowledge and insight you gain from your members will help you make better decisions, and keep your club running smoothly.

3) Members have the option to submit comments with their contact information or remain anonymous. Please note: There's a misconception that anonymity attracts poor or inappropriate comments. While this can happen, it is rare. Some of the most valuable information you receive will be anonymous, coming from your quieter, more reserved members. 5 easy steps to get you started.

1) Take 5 minutes to sign up for the free trial.
2) Login using your username and password to access the admin section, video tutorials, and resource materials.
3) Send your members an email asking for their input using one of the sample emails provided, or create your own. Ask them a specific question you are looking for input on, or a general request for feedback and comments.  A link you provide in your email will take members directly to your clubs listing on Golfer Insight.
4) Members read your email request, click on the link to your clubs listing, and respond in the spaces provided. He/she can then choose to leave their contact information, or remain anonymous if they prefer.
5) Each time your club receives a response, an email notification is sent directly to you and/or someone within your organization. You then have the opportunity review the comments received and take action if necessary.
