Why can’t I read the comments that golfers leave for clubs?
The comments made by golfers on Golfer Insight, are only made available to the golf course or organization for which they were intended.  This service was developed to improve communications between golf course owners and/or management, and their golfing clientele. The site does not rank, rate, or review courses.

Is this service for golf courses only?
No. Golfer Insight was developed to service all aspects of the golf industry. Any golf course, organization, or business that has members and/or golfing clientele will benefit from using this service.

What if I don't have email address for my members or golfing clientele?
While we do suggest that email is the best way to solicit comments, it's not the only way. There are many effective ways to promote the service including website banners, promotional cards, newsletters, and word of mouth to name a few.

Is email important to the success of a club or organization?
We think so. Using email to communicate with members and/or golfing clientele is highly effective, and very inexpensive. It takes little effort to get a list started, and there are many services available to help you manage your list. A service called Mail Chimp is free up to 500 users.
